At VAKANENI, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received. Due to the curated nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
